The Census Bureau clocked 14.4% growth in a single year, and the population’s cleared 100,000 since. You can see it at Wolf Ranch Town Center and all along Williams Drive. Downtown and the Square still feels small town though.

I’ll tell you want I think and push back when something isn’t going to work, or might be a bad idea. I’ll make decisions you didn’t even know needed to be made. The integrations and the tech, that’s my problem to solve and yours to just enjoy.

A Little Georgetown History
Georgetown got its name from George Washington Glasscock, who donated the land for the townsite when Williamson County needed a seat back in 1848. The historic square downtown, the one with the 1911 courthouse everyone still just calls “the Square,” helped earn Georgetown a spot as the first Texas city ever named a National Main Street City, back in 1997. It stayed a modest county seat for most of its history, then the growth arrived: the Census Bureau has named it the fastest-growing city in the country, among cities over 50,000, more than once. Population’s topped 100,000 now. Not bad for a town that started as a land donation.
