Our monthly care plans offer you peace of mind. While you focus on your business, we update your website, monitor your uptime and security, and even handle a few little tasks for you each month.

You get peace of mind knowing your website is in good hands and running the latest version. You’ll also get priority access to our hourly services, at a reduced rate, for those little tweaks and changes that pop up over the month.

Why do you need a Care Plan?

Security

Every website is vulnerable to hackers and the popularity of Wordpress makes it an even larger target. The first step in protecting your website is keeping the software that runs your website up to date. This includes Wordpress, your theme and the plugins that run your site.

Bug Fixes

There are times when an update will actually cause an issue on your website. Bugs slip through the cracks on occasion. Staying up to date on fixes keeps the gremlins away.

Performance

Developers are always trying to improve things to help the performance of your website. If you aren’t regularly updating, you aren’t taking advantage of those improvements.

Should you DIY?

You certainly can do it yourself, but do you really want to? Staying on top of updates, remembering to take consistent backups of your website (especially before updating!), knowing the quick fixes when an update crashes your website, all of these things take time and knowledge. This is where you turn to the experts and let them handle the hard stuff. I have spent years perfecting my processes and gaining the knowledge (and always expanding) to do these things.

What is Support Time?

Support Time can be used toward any website task. All support plans include a reduced rate for hourly website work that exceeds any included support time.

How do extra Wordpress installs work?

Sometimes you just need to toss another quick website up for a small event or maybe another area of your business.

Two extra installs of WordPress (for a total of 3 websites) would cost you an additional $30/month.

Four extra installs? That’s only $40/month extra.

These extra installs and fees will not receive extra Support Time.

I don't understand VPS hosting.

VPS hosting is much faster and safer than Shared Hosting, but it also has a few drawbacks.

– You won’t get email hosting like you do with a Shared Hosting Cpanel account. You can add a Rackspace inbox for $1.50 per email address OR you can choose any email provider (Google Workspace, Outlook365, ZohoMail, etc) and pay them directly.

– Because VPS is not managed like a shared server and resources must be monitored, we only offer VPS hosting if you are on a Care Plan.
