Can I cancel my plan?
Cancel any time! There’s no long-term contract required. I keep things flexible because I believe great service should speak for itself.
What is Webwork?
Webwork is any hands-on time I spend inside your website – updating copy, swapping an image, changing a color, adding a new section. It’s tracked hourly and billed at your reduced care plan rate at the end of the month. Premium plans include 30 minutes free each month. Ultimate includes 60 minutes free. Think of it as a small task budget so the little stuff never turns into a separate invoice surprise.
What if I have more than one website?
Great news – I discount for multiple WordPress installs! Your 2nd and 3rd Care-Only install adds +$15/mo each, and your 4th adds +$5/mo. With hosting, your 2nd and 3rd add +$30/mo each, and your 4th adds +$10/mo. Have more than 4 sites? Contact me and let’s put something together.
What if someone else built my website?
Not a problem at all. I take care of WordPress websites regardless of who designed or built them. Once you sign up I’ll send you a short access checklist – usually just a WordPress admin login and hosting credentials. From there I get familiar with how your site is set up and take it from there. Most clients are fully onboarded within a few days.
Can I change my Care Plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time within your account. Need more support? Upgrade. Want to scale back? No problem.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you can cancel at any time and there’s no lock-in, I don’t offer refunds as a standard practice. However, I’m happy to consider things on a case-by-case basis – just reach out and we’ll talk.
What access do you need?
I’ll need an admin login to your WordPress dashboard. If you’re not hosting with me, I’ll also ask for delegated access to your hosting account – most hosts make this straightforward, but I’ll help you. Having file access already set up before anything goes wrong means if there’s ever an urgent issue, I can get in and fix it fast instead of waiting on a back-and-forth to get credentials.
What if my website breaks during an update?
If something breaks during a routine update, I’ll roll your site back to the most recent backup and spend up to 30 minutes investigating the conflict. Most of the time that’s enough to identify and resolve it. If it’s a deeper issue that needs more time, I’ll let you know before I keep going so there are no surprise charges.
If the break was caused by something you or someone you gave access to changed, the repair time gets tracked and billed at your care plan hourly rate at the end of the month. Either way, you won’t be left with a broken site and no answers.
Does my plan include SEO services?
Every plan includes SEO plugin setup – I’ll install and configure my preferred plugin with your basic business information, analytics connections, and tracking details. What I don’t offer is ongoing per-page SEO strategy or keyword targeting, and I don’t make SEO guarantees. If you want a strong SEO foundation baked into your site from the start, that’s something we’d tackle during a design project rather than a care plan.
