You've been putting it off long enough.

Maybe your content is sitting ina  Google Doc, ready to go. Maybe you’ve got a launch coming up and a DIY site isn’t going to cut it. Maybe you just know it’s time and you don’t want to wait three months to get there.

Website in a Week is a fast-track, done-for-you build for business owners who are ready to move. You bring the content. I handle everything else.

This is the right fit if:

What Clients Are Saying

“I wouldn’t be where I’m at today if I hadn’t crossed paths with Stephanie. I highly recommend her. I’m a creative, not technical at all. It would take me hours to do what Stephanie can do in a few minutes.”

“I have used Stephanie for my website work ever since I opened my business. She has always done excellent work and provided prompt assistance regardless of whatever we ask of her. Could not recommend enough!”

What's Included?

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Website in a Week isn’t a template with your name swapped in – and you’re not handing the design decisions entirely to me either.

After you book, I’ll send you access to my template library. You pick your starting point: a base layout you love, and any sections you want to pull from other templates. The homepage flow from this one, the call-to-action from that one, the blog header from another. [It’s like walking the model homes of a custom builder before breaking ground.]

That’s what makes one week possible – we’re not starting from a blank page, we’re starting from your choices. Then I customize everything to your brand, your content, and exactly how your business works. The result looks like it took months, because the pieces behind it have been refined over years.

Every project includes

A complete, polished website delivered in one focused week, built just for you.

Speed doesn't mean shortcuts

It means total focus on your project, all week long.

Here's what I'll need from you

The 5 day-timeline works because we both show up prepared. After you book, I’ll send you access to my template library so you can browse and choose your starting point. Then, before your project week begins, you’ll submit:

Bayou Bloom brand guide with logo and colors.

Don't have a logo or brand guide yet?

My Done-for-You Brand Kits are a great starting point, and I can help you customize a simple logo before your project week begins (additional fee). Once everything is in, the rest is on me.

How It Works

A clear process from start to launched

Every Website in a Week follows the same flow. You always know where we are and what comes next.

Pre-work

Before We Start

Browse my template library after booking. Pick your base layout and flag sections you want pulled from other templates. Submit this with your content and brand assets before your start date.

1

Phase One

Project Kickoff

Everything is in. I review your selections, confirm your page structure and goals, and get ready to build. All via email – no calls required.

2

Phase Two

Design + Build

Your site gets built from the layouts you chose, with your content placed and your brand customized throughout every page.

3

Phase Three

Revisions

You see your site and give feedback. I turn your notes around fast so we can get every detail right before we go live.

4

Phase Four

Launch + Handoff

Your site goes live. You get a recorded video walkthrough. Full access handed over- it’s yours, completely.

The Investment

One package. One price.
No Surprises.

Scope creep isn’t something you should have to worry about. Website in a Week is a single, all-inclusive package – everything above, delivered in 5 business days, with no hidden fees.

your questions, answered

Before you book, let's make sure it's a fit

Do I need to have everything ready before I book?

You don’t need everything ready to book, you just need it ready before your project week starts. When you reserve your spot, I’ll send you access to my template library plus a content template and checklist. Most clients are fully prepped within a week or two.

  • Template selections (base layout + any sections from other templates)
  • Completed content document (template provided)
  • Logo, brand colors, and fonts
  • Finalized photos
  • Domain and hosting access

If your content isn’t submitted by the agreed deadline, your start date will need to move to the next available slot. I hold your entire week exclusively for your project so arriving prepared is super important. That’s not fine print, it’s just the 5 day build stays a 5-day build.

Yes! As long as your content is submitted before your start date, your site will be live within 5 business days. The whole week is blocked for your project and nothing else. No juggling multiple clients, no delays. Your job is to show up with content ready and be available. Mine is to hand you a finished website.

The five pages are typically Home, About, Services, Contact, and one additional page based on your needs – a portfolio, a booking page, a specific service detail page, whatever makes the most sense for you. We’ll confirm your page lineup during the kickoff phase.

A few things worth knowing before you book:

  • Ecommerce functionality – if you need a shop, product pages, or a cart, this isn’t the right package. Ask me about Custom Web Design instead.
  • Email marketing setup – I’ll connect your contact form and make sure it delivers, but setting up your email platform (Flodesk, Mailchimp, etc) isn’t included.
  • Copywriting – your content needs to be ready before we start. I place it and style it. I don’t write it.
  • Logo or branding design – if you don’t have a logo yet, ask me about Brand Kits before you book.
  • Ongoing maintenance – after launch, updates and changes are not included. If you want that covered, my Care Plans are build for exactly that.

Custom Web Design is a fully bespoke build – every element designed from scratch, longer timeline, custom quoted per project. Website in a Week starts from my template library, which you browse and choose from before we begin. You pick your base layout and mix in sections from other templates and then I customize everything to your brand and content. It’s what makes the 5-day timeline possible without cutting corners on quality.

If you need something more complex like specific functionality, a large site, or a design vision that goes beyond the template library, then Custom Web Design is probably a better fit. Not sure? Reach out and I’ll help you figure it out.

Not really. With a template, you buy it, and figure out the rest yourself. You swap in your content, wrestle with the layout and hope it looks right on mobile when you’re done.

With Website in a Week, you’re getting a done-for-you build that starts from that template library but doesn’t stop there. You get to Frankenstein pieces together- the homepage flow from one template, the call-to-action from another, the blog header from a third. You’ll get something that feels more like yours and less like something anyone could buy. And, because those sections are already refined and tested for spacing and responsive layout, we’re not burning build time on the fussy stuff. That’s time I spend on your brand, your content and your details.

You can request a fully custom section if something you need doesn’t exist in the library. Just know that custom-built sections take more time. I won’t launch a site until everything is right and fully responsive so it may push your launch date a bit.

Revisions are built into the process, that’s not extra. After you see the initial design, you’ll share your feedback and I’ll refine it before we go live. One focused round of revisions is included. We’ll make sure it’s right before your site launches.

Yes! If you decide you need additional pages after your site is live, I can quote those separately. Many clients also move to a Care Plan after launch, some plans include a monthly block of time for smaller updates and additions.

Not always. If you’re looking for something more hands-on with your budget, I also sell standalone WordPress and Showit templates in my shop. You buy the template, customize it yourself, and launch on your own timeline. Colors, fonts, images, and content are all swappable without touching code.

If your needs are bigger- a larger site, complex functionality, or something the template library can’t support- Custom Web Design is probably a better fit.

At this time I am only taking 2 Website in a Week projects each quarter. I want to ensure every client gets a full, focused week of work, not a slot in a rotating queue. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to finally have a site you’re proud of, this is it.
