For years, I’ve been assisting Katie with her website and preset shop, and I also manage all customer service for her shop. As the business has grown, we recognized the need for a dedicated area for instructions, questions, and more, enabling customers to find answers on their own. We built this portal on WordPress to complement the shop hosted on BigCommerce.
Jennifer needed a new website to compliment her soon-to-be published book. The site would also promote her leadership training services. Inspiration was drawn from Jennifer’s love of the mountains and the theme was carried throughout the website.
