Can I cancel my plan?
Cancel any time! There’s no long-term contract required. I keep things flexible because I believe great service should speak for itself.
What is Webwork?
Webwork is anything I do to your website — updating content, changing a color, making additions, small fixes. All work is tracked hourly and billed at the end of the month. Premium and Ultimate plans include free Webwork minutes each month.
What if I have more than one website?
Great news — I discount for multiple WordPress installs! Your 2nd and 3rd Care-Only install adds +$15/mo each, and your 4th adds +$5/mo. With hosting, your 2nd and 3rd add +$30/mo each, and your 4th adds +$10/mo. Have more than 4 sites? Contact me and let’s put something together.
What if someone else built my website?
Not a problem at all! I take care of your website regardless of who designed and built it. As long as it’s WordPress, I can maintain it.
Can I change my Care Plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time within your account. Need more support? Upgrade. Want to scale back? No problem.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you can cancel at any time and there’s no lock-in, I don’t offer refunds as a standard practice. However, I’m happy to consider things on a case-by-case basis — just reach out and we’ll talk.
What access do you need?
I’ll need an admin login to your WordPress website. If you’re not hosting with me, I’ll also ask you to delegate access to your hosting account. Having this in place upfront means I can move quickly if something needs attention.
What if my website breaks during an update?
If something goes wrong during an update, I’ll roll back your website and spend up to 30 minutes investigating the issue. If a solution can’t be found quickly, time may be charged to repair the conflict. That said — this is rare, and my careful process minimizes the risk significantly.
Does my plan include SEO services?
All plans include SEO plugin setup with general business information and analytics tracking. SEO is a deep specialty, so I don’t offer per-page optimization or make ranking guarantees — but Ultimate plans include Premium SEO with AI Intelligence for more robust coverage.
