Custom Web Design

Web Design That Feels Like You.

Your website should look like you built it, not like you grabbed the first template you saw and worked your words in.

It should answer the questions people are asking and put their worries to rest.

Most importantly, it should be bringing you real clients, not traffic that bounces after ten seconds.

If yours isn’t doing these things, let’s fix it.

From Overwhelmed to Online Success.

You’ve built something real. A business you’re proud of, clients you love, and work that truely makes a difference. Putting all of that together in a website is the hard part.

You’ve been DIY-ing for months, or you’ve outgrown the template you started with. Either way, you quietly cringe when someone asks for your link.

You deserve a site that matches your talent and helps your business grow.

BLOOM: The Web Design Strategy Behind Every Site I Build

Pretty is great, working is better. Every site I build gets checked against 5 things before I call it done.

B

Base
Hosting, ownership, security, speed. The soil everything else grows out of. If this part’s shaky, nothing on top of it matters, no matter how good the design looks. I build on a solid foundation, keep it fast, keep it secure, and make sure you actually own what you’re building on. That includes working just as well in someone’s hand on their phone as it does on a desktop.

L

Look
Does it feel like you? Not a template with your logo pasted on top. Something that actually looks and sounds like your business. This is where your “what should it feel like” question gets answered.

O

Offer
Is what you sell actually clear the second someone lands on the page? Not buried three scrolls down. Not implied. Clear.

O

Order
Structure and path. Does the site lead someone somewhere, or is it a pretty brochure nobody clicks past the homepage? Menus, page flow, and making sure everyone, including someone using a screen reader, can actually follow that path.

M

Maintain
The part everyone skips, and the part I’m best at. Platform updates are necessary, but knowing websites can break is scary. Every website owner deals with it. I keep yours backed up and updated on a schedule so you don’t have to think about it. I’ve got it.

With all five in place, your website is more than just a pretty decoration.

How It Works

No calls, no back-and-forth trying to coordinate schedules. Just a simple process from first email to launch day.

1

Tell me about your project
Fill our the contact form. Share what you need and where you want your business to go. I’ll take it from there.

2
Get your custom proposal I’ll reach out with a short questionnaire to learn more about you and your project. Then I put together a proposal with scope and pricing.
3

We lock in your start date
A deposit holds your spot. Your first task is providing content and photos, then later feedback. Everything else is on me.

4

Launch day
Your site goes live. You get full access to everything- hosting, backend, credentials. All of it, always yours.

After launch, I’m still here
Got a question? Email me. Need updates or fixes down the road? I offer care plans and hourly support. Either way, you’re working with the same person who built your site. Always.

What's Included

Everything's included. Here's what that means.

Your Site, Built for You

A site designed around your brand and the people you're trying to reach, built for where your business is actually going. Not a template with your name dropped in. Your clients can tell the difference, even if they can't say why.

SEO Built In From the Start

Clean structure and keyword setup from day one, so the right people can actually find you in search. Meta descriptions get written with intent too, not left blank. This isn't bolted on after the fact. It's part of how the site gets built.

Support That Sticks Around

When something breaks or needs a little tweak after launch, you have someone to email. [Hi, it's me.] No emergency Googling, no hoping ChatGPT gives you the right answer. No waiting on a stranger from a forum or Reddit.

Client Love

What Clients Are Saying

“I wouldn’t be where I’m at today if I hadn’t crossed paths with Stephanie. I highly recommend her. I’m a creative, not technical at all. It would take me hours to do what Stephanie can do in a few minutes.”

Robin O.
Photographer

“I have used Stephanie for my website work ever since I opened my business. She has always done excellent work and provided prompt assistance regardless of whatever we ask of her. Could not recommend enough!”

From "I Cringe Every Time" to "I Can't Wait to Share It."

These are real client sites, not mockups. Every one of them started right where yours might be now: outdated, or maybe not built at all. Somewhere between that first email and launch day, the cringe turns into pride. That’s what we’re building for you too.
Questions & Answers

Everything you're wondering.

What does a website cost?

Custom packages begin at $3000. Your exact quote depends on the number of pages and the features you need. Fill out the project form and I’ll send you a custom proposal, usually 2-3 business days. No call required.

Absolutely. If you have a brand identity you love – logos, fonts, colors – I’ll build your site to align with it. If your branding needs a refresh or doesn’t exist yet, I offer brand design services and done-for-you brand kits so we can tackle both together.

It starts with a short form about your business, your goals, and your timeline. From there I’ll send a proposal, and if it’s a fit, we lock in your start date. I handle the heavy lifting. You bring your content, photos, and feedback along the way.

Nope. My entire process if fully async, and email based at that. No scheduling, no calls, no strange portal to try and figure out. It’s built for busy women who don’t have time to sit on a Zoom call just to get a website made. You have a business to run. [Revolutionary, I know.]

A 50% deposit holds your project start date, with the remaining balance due before the site goes live. For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules are available. I accept all major credit cards and bank transfer.
