Webwork includes anything I do to your website. It could be updating content, changing a color, making additions. All work I do is tracked hourly and billed at the end of the month.

Sometimes you just need to toss another quick website up for a small event or maybe another area of your business.
Your second and third WordPress install will be an extra $15 each. Your fourth WordPress install will be an extra $5.

Not a problem! I take care of your website regardless of who designed and built it.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime within your account.
Unfortunately due to the time spent getting your website set up, and because you can cancel at any time, I do not offer refunds as a standard practice. However, I will consider things on a case by case basis.
I will need an admin login to your WordPress website. I will also ask you to delegate access to me for your hosting account if you aren’t hosting with me. There may be times I need to access the files of your website. If that does happen, time is important so having this already in place works well for both of us.
If something happens during an update, I will roll back your website and spend up to 30 minutes investigating the issue. If a solution can not be found, time may be charged to repair the conflict.
If you, or someone you have given access to, do something that breaks your website, time spent repairing will be tracked and charged at the end of the month.
I will set up my preferred SEO plugin with general information about your and your business. This includes adding your analytics and other tracking details. As SEO is not my specialty, I do not provide a per page service and make no SEO guarantees.
