The Email Quota is the amount of mail, in MB, that can be stored in a mailbox. Mail in your trash does not count toward your quota. If you get a notice that your mailbox is full, you may either remove some emails, especially attachments, or increase your Quota limit. You can not set a Quota greater than 2048 MB, in this case you must set the quota to unlimited. To do this, you will need to log into cPanel:

1. Under Mail, click on Email Accounts
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to find the email address you wish to edit and click Change Quota
   
3. Select and/or set a new Quota amount
4. Click Change Quota
